This is a Weldon 1" RR32-7, 2 Flute G81-HS, 1-13/16" LOC Double Ball End Mill.  The mill is new and still in the cardboard tube in excellent condition.  The mill has no signs of mouting and the cutting edges appears clean.  The tube may show some signs of shelf wear, marking and/or discoloration from the previous owner.
