Shipping policy

Small Packages:

All purchases, other than items requiring freight shipment, will generally ship within one business day of purchase.  eTech Surplus reserves the right to ship by any carrier it sees fit to ship with, even if another shipping service is listed at checkout.  For instance and as an example only - if UPS ground is listed as the shipping service at checkout, eTech Surplus reserves the right to ship via FedEx, DHL, USPS or any other service.  The customer will NOT be charged any additional shipping fees.  We ship until 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays and the day after Thanksgiving.  The days before holidays our shipping will close at 1:00 PM EST.

Freight:

Items requiring freight shipment cannot be purchased without getting a freight quote first.  Please contact us for freight quotes.
