This is a Brubaker 3/8" HSS 2J Acculead 2.040, 75014, 2 Flute, 1" LOC Ball End Mill.  The mill is new and still in the cardboard tube in excellent condition.  The mill shows no signs of mounting and the cutting edges appear clean.  The tube may show some signs of shelf wear and/or discoloration from the previous owner.
