The reducer may have been used by the previous owner based only on the plastic insert in the end bore. Some other light signs of shelf wear, stickering and/or discoloration may show from the previous owner and transport. None of these slight cosmetic imperfections will impact product performance. Overall the reducer remains in very good condition.
