This is a bag of 110+ Thomas & Betts TC5344 Adhesive / #8 Screw Down 4-Way Ty-Rap Mounting Base.  The bases are new but not in the original package but remain in excellent condition.  Some of the quantity has been bagged and sealed by the previous owner and the remainder is loose in the larger bag (see pictures).
