This is a Niagara 1" HSCO 71326 Lead 5.441 5 Flute Professionally CNC Resharpened Roughing End Mill.  The mill is used but has been sharpened and kept in protective wax.  The cutting edge that can be seen by pulling back a bit of the wax appears in excellent condition.  Some light signs of wear, use and/or discoloration may appear from the previous owner.
