Niagara 1" HSS 45326 F6 Double End 4 Flute Pro CNC Resharpened Double End Mill

This is a Niagara 1" HSS 45326 F6 Double End 4 Flute Professionally CNC Resharpened Double End Mill.  The mill is used but has been resharpened and kept in protective wax.  Some of the wax has been torn away and one of the wax covers is split and able to come completely off.  It appears that some oil was put onto the cutting ends before they were wax dipped and the oil has caused some discoloration.  The cutting edge that can be seen by removing the one wax cover appears in excellent overall condition aside discoloration.  Some light signs of wear and use may appear from the pervious owner.  Note that the cutting diameter may be slightly reduced from sharpening.  The TiN coating that can be seen on the ends has been mostly removed from the outer cutting edge from sharpening.
