This is a Putnam 1-1/2" Cobalt Lead 8.726, 2" LOC 4-5/8" Length, 6 Flute End Mill.  The mill is used and may show signs of mounting, use, light wear and/or discoloration from the previous owner.  Overall the mill remains in very good condition with sharp cutting edges that show little to no signs of chipping.
