This is a Putnam 1-1/4" Lead 6.938 Cobalt 4 Flute, 2-1/8" LOC End Mill.  The mill is used and may show some signs of wear, use and/or discoloration from the previous owner.  None of the slight imperfections should impact the overall performance of the product.  The cutting edges look good and sharp showing no signs of chipping.  Overall this mill remains in very good condition.
