Putnam 1/2" Cobalt TRW Long Cut 4 Flute Professionally CNC Resharpened End Mill

This is a Putnam 1/2" Cobalt TRW Long Cut, 4 Flute Professionally CNC Resharpened End Mill.  The mill is used but has been resharpened and kept in protective wax.  The cutting edge that can be seen where the wax has been torn away appears in very good condition.  Some signs of discoloration or marking appear around the cutting edge but nothing that looks like it would impact the performance of the product.  Some light signs of wear and use may appear from the previous owner.  Note that the cutting diameter may be slightly reduced from sharpening.
