Putnam 3/8" Hi-Speed Professional CNC Reshaprened 4 Flute Double End Mill

This is a Putnam 3/8" Hi-Speed Professionally CNC Resharpened 4 Flute Double End Mill.  The mill is used but has been resharpened and kept in protective wax.  The cutting edge that is uncovered by the wax appears in very good usable condition.  Some light signs of wear, use and/or discoloration may appear from the previous owner.  The cutting diameter may be slightly reduced from the sharpening.
