Putnam 3/8" Lead 2.000 Cobalt 4 Flute, 7/8" LOC End Mill NIB

This is a Putnam 3/8" Lead 2.000 Cobalt 4 Flute, 7/8" LOC End Mill.  The mill is new and still in the plastic box in excellent condition.  The mill shows no signs of mounting and the cutting edges appear clean.  The box may show some signs of shelf wear and/or discoloration from the previous owner.
