We are selling a complete and integrated Trovato 600C FS (Flying Shutter variant of the 600C model) thin film vacuum deposition system. This highly specialized system is designed specifically for R&D in organic optoelectronics, including OLED, OPV, OTFT, OLED SSL, and Solar applications. With the ability to produce multiple complex, unique devices on a single pump down, this system is a powerhouse for thin-film R&D.

Chamber & Vacuum Specifications:

Dimensions: Features a large 600mm X 450mm X 750mm vacuum chamber.

High Vacuum: Driven by a cryogenic pump (maintained below 20 Kelvin), capable of reaching the 10−8 torr range under optimal conditions, monitored by a HORNET ion gauge.

Automation: Features fully automated pump sequencing and an automated cryo regen cycle (~5 hours).


Glovebox Integration:

The system features an integrated glovebox with low profile chamber access to ensure air-free sample transfers.

    Includes a vacuum antechamber.

    Maintains an ultra-pure environment of <1ppm O2 and H2O.

    Features a built-in work station for sample prep.

    Additional glovebox sections are currently attached and available for secondary operations.


Evaporation Sources & Power:

Capacity: Built with 20 source stations. It is currently configured with 16 active thermal evaporation sources, 8 of which feature individual local shutters.

Power Supplies: Comes standard with two 3.3kw and two 1.5kw power supplies  (utilizing a four-bank TDK-Lambda setup).

Co-Evaporation: QUAD co-deposition is a standard feature. The system handles automated selection of evaporation sources.


Substrate Handling & Patterning:

Capacity: The Flying Shutter fixture accommodates 8 substrates (metal, organic & variant) standard. It is optimized for 2.5" x 2.5" substrates.

Uniformity: Utilizes a rotating fixture (typically run at 80% speed) to ensure optimized uniformity and consistent deposition results.

Control: Features automated substrate fixture control and automated indexing of masks directly during the process, allowing users to switch between organic and metal cathode masks without breaking vacuum.


Monitoring & Software Interface:

Interface: Fully integrated computer control with a simple, easy to use operator interface.

Monitoring: Equipped with 4 Crystal Rate Monitors standard (upgradeable) for in situ monitoring.

Programming: Features an automated multi layer thin film deposition program.

Variant Studies: Offers sophisticated variant studies capability, allowing operators to easily control layer thickness and constituent material ratio(s).
