For sale is a Used VALENITE VTM-R7, Tapmatic Tapping Head, M5-M16, NP 1/8-1/4”, #10-3/4", 750 rpm. This is a previously used head which shows signs of wear. This head appears to rotate smoothly despite it's cosmetic condition. Although this unit rotates smoothly, we have to note a mild catch in the rotation assembly. It almost sounds like the bearings need to be replaced as there is a slight rattle.
There are no apparent signs of excessive wear or damage present. This unit does show an excess of grease buildup due to previous use although this should not impact it's performance.
